We grant you full privacy as a client while subjecting all the data you provide and obtained from your projects to the non-disclosure agreement you have with this company.

  • What are your standard working hours?

We are available from 8:00AM – 5:00PM and 9:00PM – 6:00AM, GMT+8.

  • What is your standard turn-around time?

Our turn-around time is negotiable and not standardized. For project-based tasks, we can agree with our clients on a deadline based on the amount and urgency of the work. Meanwhile, full-time or part-time employees will send a daily report. Thus, the turn-around time will depend on the tasks given to the VA.

  • What are your payment terms?

Our services are prepaid via PayPal with, depending on the service, a two-day trial period or sample content so the client can test our VA and determine if the client has picked the right person for the job.

  • What if I need my VA to do certain tasks outside the services he/she can offer?

Please contact the support team so we can help you and make further arrangements if necessary.

  • Are you available all throughout the year?

No, because we don’t hold office hours during Philippine holidays listed on the Philippine calendar.

  • Can I request my VA to work overtime?

Yes, but we’ll have to charge you for every extra hour rendered by your VA.

  • What happens if my VA went absent for work?

We discourage our employees from being absent. However, if the absence resulted from sickness or other circumstances that call for a necessary absence, you can negotiate with your VA on how he/she can make up for the lost hours. We suggest that you require make-up days or extend daily work hours (no extra charge) until the absence is made up.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my VA’s work/performance?

Please contact our support team so we can arrange a replacement virtual assistant to finish or redo your original VA’s work.
